About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Executive to support our Logistics team during daily delivery operations. In this role, you will assist in monitoring deliveries, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly during active delivery hours.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can respond quickly to operational needs. Due to the nature of logistics operations, candidates should be open to occasionally extending hours or supporting during peak periods when required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Monitoring & Coordination
- Monitor delivery progress and assist in ensuring schedules are followed.
- Support drivers by responding to operational queries during active delivery periods.
- Escalate delivery issues such as delays, route challenges, or cancellations to the Operations team when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating solutions to minimize disruption to delivery timelines.
2. Driver Communication & Support
- Communicate daily schedules and instructions to drivers before dispatch.
- Provide operational updates or route information to drivers when required.
- Support the team in ensuring drivers follow operational guidelines and procedures.
3. Compliance & Quality Checks
- Assist in ensuring drivers adhere to hygiene, safety, and company SOPs.
- Verify delivery completion requirements such as proof-of-delivery and task completion.
- Flag any irregularities or issues to the Logistics Manager.
4. Operational Records & Data Entry
- Update delivery records, manifests, and operational logs accurately.
- Assist in maintaining organized documentation of daily operations.
- Support the team with basic reporting and data updates.
5. Operational Support
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the logistics team.
- Highlight recurring operational issues or feedback observed during daily operations.

- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills when coordinating with drivers and internal teams
- Comfortable using technology and operational systems
- Commitment to working from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week
- Adherence to core working hours of 9am – 1pm, Monday to Friday
- A flexible approach to working hours, with willingness to support additional hours during peak periods including weekends if required

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
