Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new market opportunities to generate revenue through strategic partnerships and market research
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to support business growth
• Negotiate deals and oversee the sales process to secure new revenue streams
• Develop and implement business development strategies focused on financial gain
• Arrange and lead business development meetings with prospective clients to promote company products and services aligned with client objectives
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices to support financial tracking
• Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
• Coach and develop entry-level staff into effective sales professionals
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate procurement and allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements
• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and implementing cost control measures
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations
• Prepare regular project status reports and provide updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Singapore Driving License
• Experience in Shipyard and Oil & Gas industry
