Concepts is an event marketing agency with main office based in Hong Kong and Singapore.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to bring events to life through impactful visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Design event graphic materials, artwork, and final outputs

• Create event-related items such as backdrops, photo settings, proposal slides, etc.

• Provide creative designs and sketches to meet clients’ requirements

• Demonstrate strong creative sense and attention to detail

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working under tight schedules and occasional overtime

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Design, Graphic, Visual, Exhibition, Creative Media Design, Illustration, or equivalent

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience

• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is an advantage

• Passion for the event industry and eagerness to participate in the full process from design to build

• Strong design sense with the ability to produce complete sets of working drawings

• Independent, responsible, and self-motivated with good communication skills

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
