About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Engineer to join our team. He / She will work alongside product management team and be involved in client engagement activities to understand technical needs for the client, providing solution consulting and engaging in other presales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with account managers to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.

• Engage with customer to understand their environments, evaluate technical requirements, and design tailored solution architectures.

• Conduct in‑depth product demonstrations, workshops, and proof‑of‑concept (PoC) deployments.

• Prepare solution diagrams, technical proposals, and responses to RFPs / RFQs.

• Support channel partners with technical enablement and solution training.

• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure solutions meet performance and compliance standards.

• Stay current on emerging cybersecurity technologies, threats, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

• At least 2 years’ experience in IT-related role, pre-sales experience preferrable

• Knowledge in IT Security will be an advantage

• Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
