Role Description The Construction Project Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and township development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing contractors and consultants, monitoring site progress, and implementing project controls and risk mitigation measures. The role also involves supporting procurement activities, reviewing technical documentation, liaising with authorities and stakeholders, and preparing regular project reports for management. The Construction Project Executive works closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership capabilities with practical experience in Construction Management and Project Management.
• Experience with Procurement processes related to construction materials, services, and subcontractors.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and technical specifications, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, authorities, and external partners.
• Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
