Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Support the delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects and enhancements.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, meetings, and user discussions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirements.
• Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers, UX/UI teams, content authors, and vendors.
• Assist with change management, training, and user adoption activities.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Project Management, or Digital Projects.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CMS platforms, or digital experience projects is preferred.
• Understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
