NPI Junior Engineer

Position Summary

The NPI Junior Engineer supports the execution of New ProductIntroduction (NPI) activities, including engineering builds, process setup, anddata analysis. This role assists senior engineers in ensuring smooth productdevelopment and transition into manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support execution of EVT / DVT / PVTbuilds

·       Assist in:

o Processsetup

o Equipmentpreparation

·       Collect and analyze production and testdata

·       Support troubleshooting of process issues

·       Prepare reports, build summaries, anddocumentation

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams forbuild execution

·       Maintain engineering records anddocumentation

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics, or related field)

Experience

·       0–3 years of experience in manufacturingor engineering environment

• Fresh graduates with internship experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing are welcome

Technical Skills

·       Basic understanding of manufacturingprocesses (DB, WB, AA, Test)

·       Familiarity with:

o Datacollection and analysis

o Processdocumentation

·       Basic knowledge of:

o SPCconcepts

o  Root cause analysis methods

Soft Skills

·       Strong willingness to learn

·       Good communication and teamwork

·       Attention to detail
