Role Description The AI Program Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sengkang, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees the planning, development, and delivery of AI-focused educational programs, ensuring that curricula, learning materials, and projects align with the academy’s standards and learner needs. The AI Program Manager coordinates instructors, mentors, and external partners, manages program schedules, and monitors learner progress and outcomes. Responsibilities include defining program objectives, setting milestones, tracking performance metrics, and continuously improving content based on feedback and emerging trends in AI and education. The role also involves stakeholder communication, budget and resource management, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant educational guidelines.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage end-to-end educational programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, instructors, and external partners in an academic or training environment.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enhanced learning tools.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to handle multiple cohorts and initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation, stakeholder updates, and learner support.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with the ability to collaborate onsite in Sengkang and remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in program management, academic administration, or training coordination is highly beneficial.
