A leading systematic trading firm is looking for a Python developer to join their quant technology team — this role is specifically about bringing AI/agentic tooling into a live trading environment to improve internal research and engineering workflows.

What we're looking for:

• Strong Python engineering background
• Hands-on experience building AI/Agentic projects (LLM pipelines, automation agents, RAG, etc.) in your current role
• Exposure to financial markets or quantitative trading is a major advantage. Must understand how an elite trading desk operates (proven experience with Exchanges, Brokers, Digital Assets, or Banking data systems is highly preferred)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and trading leads

This is a great opportunity for someone who's spent the last couple of years building AI-driven tools and wants to apply that to a systematic trading context.
