Design and implement scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) based on operational and technical requirements.
Manage and continuously optimise cloud resources to ensure cost-efficiency and reliability.
Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for repeatable and auditable infrastructure provisioning.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
Manage database systems and data storage solutions (e.g., MSSQL, MariaDB, NoSQL).
Architect for high availability and disaster recovery for critical applications.
Collaborate with development teams to optimise application architecture.
Configure and manage network security infrastructure (e.g., Palo Alto Firewalls) to enforce security policies and protect cloud environments.
Implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging cloud technologies.
