The Logistics Executive / ISO Administration is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain logistics including procurement support, warehousing, transportation, and delivery operations. Additionally, this role take care of ISO and TQM document maintenance. The candidate will act as a liaison between vendors, internal departments, and customers to maintain operational efficiency and quality compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and transportation.

• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and third-party logistics providers.

• Optimize routes and transportation costs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Maintain accurate logistics documentation including delivery notes, shipping invoices, and inventory records.

• Monitor and manage logistics budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Quality Control (QC)

• Maintain and enforce quality assurance protocols and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, TQM).


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum [3-5] years of experience in logistics and quality control, preferably in [manufacturing/trading/FMCG/automotive/etc.].

• trong understanding of warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control.

• Familiarity with quality management systems.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities

• Experience with import/export procedures and documentation.
