What The Role Is

You will be responsible for the allocation of Vacation Attachments (VA) for unit operations attachments. This involves understanding the academic background and strengths of Senior Military Experts (MIE) on VA, as well as the varying requirements of the units.

What You Will Be Working On

• Manage and allocate Senior Military Experts on Vacation Attachment, including recommending allocations to units
• Collaborate with ground units to understand their varying requirements
• Work with multiple stakeholders to source, curate, and develop meaningful content for participants
• Work closely with assigned mentors to align guidance and synchronise development efforts for participants
  
  Challenge(s)
• Effectively communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across units to ensure meaningful and well-matched attachment allocations
• Balancing the varying requirements of ground units with the academic backgrounds and strengths of participants
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Good understanding of intelligence analysis
• Good understanding of prevailing HR and manpower policies and guidelines
• Independent, meticulous, and analytical, with the ability to adapt to changes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
