Job Responsibilities:
Support smooth day-to-day operations (opening/closing, taking orders, table setting, cleaning, etc.)
Complete daily pre-opening duties
Handle cashiering and beverage service
Be knowledgeable about all menu items, recipes, drinks, and preparation times
Recommend and promote menu items and specials to guests
Address guest feedback/complaints and escalate when necessary
Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance
Clean section after service and uphold cleanliness standards
Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, and bar teams for smooth service
Assist with other tasks like answering phones and processing payments
Help maintain the ambience and guest experience
Perform any other duties assigned by the manager
Job Requirements:
No experience welcomed
No min cert required
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Personable, charming and outgoing personality, with a strong service-attitude.
