Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain master programs, look-ahead schedules, and progress reports utilizing Primavera P6 and MS Project.

• Conduct critical path analysis to identify and mitigate potential delays.

• Prepare baseline programs and monthly progress updates for client submission.

• Provide support for tendering and contract planning, particularly for design and build projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• For Planning Engineer: Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
  For Planning Manager: Minimum 1 years' relevant experience.

• Chartered membership of HKIE is a definite advantage.

• High proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential.

• Familiarity with building construction sequence and site operations.

• Experience with ArchSD (ASD), Housing Authority (HA), NEC contracts, or large-scale design and build projects is highly preferred.

• Fresh graduates with solid knowledge of Primavera P6 will be considered for Graduate Engineer roles.
