About the role
Kitchen Infinity Corp. Limited is seeking a Technical Service Manager / Assistant Technical Service Manager to join our technical team in Wong Chuk Hang, Southern District. This is a full-time position where you will take a strategic leadership role overseeing our technicians.
As Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing technicians, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative kitchen technology solutions. This role is integral to our company's mission of creating cutting-edge kitchen solutions and will require your expertise in both technical engineering and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality technical support on time and within budget
Oversee the installation, maintenance and alteration works of kitchen appliances and systems
Establish and maintain technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols across the technical department
Collaborate with product management, sales, operation, customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, supporting their professional development and growth
Manage technical budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to optimize operational efficiency
Conduct regular performance reviews and establish key performance indicators for team members
Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of solid experience with at least 5 years in a management or leadership capacity
Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams.
Experience with relevant industry standards, compliance requirements, and certification processes (such as CE marking, EMSD, or equivalent)
Proficiency with engineering and other software tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
Knowledge of kitchen appliance technology or consumer electronics is highly desirable
