Role: Senior Technical Business Analyst (Ab Initio ETL)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with experience in Ab Initio ETL and Banking/Financial Services to support finance transformation and data migration initiatives. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, support data integration, manage UAT activities, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Support data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, and release activities.
• Track project progress using JIRA and ensure timely delivery.
• Support finance transformation and data integration projects.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or ETL Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Ab Initio ETL.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Oracle/PL/SQL, and Linux.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of data migration, data transformation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with JIRA and UAT/Test Management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with General Ledger (GL) or Finance Systems.
• Exposure to FFS or finance transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Netezza or Hadoop.
• Experience working on regional or multi-country implementations.
