This position is vital to maintaining the organisation's financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to support the finance team by overseeing expense management processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of financial transactions in accordance with company procedures.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience with finance expense management
• Knowledge of expense processing systems and procedures

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process expense submissions accurately and promptly
• Ensure compliance with company expense policies and guidelines
• Support the finance team in expense reconciliation and reporting
• Maintain detailed records of expense transactions
• Assist with ad hoc financial tasks as required

Requirements:
• Right to work in the specified location
• Experience with finance expense management or related areas
• On-site availability for the duration of the contract
• Able to work in a hybrid environment
• Available to start on 23/06/2026
• Able to commit to a 2-week assignment
