Responsibilities

Sr/Associate Executive, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Executive to support the Talent Acquisition team in interview coordination, recruitment operations, and administrative activities. This role provides exposure to end-to-end hiring processes, including candidate engagement, basic sourcing, and recruitment analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Send interview invitations, confirmations, and reminders in a timely and professional manner
  • Arrange interview logistics (virtual platforms, meeting rooms, assessments)
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process

Recruitment Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support documentation, data entry, and recruitment-related administrative processes
  • Assist with preparation of employment documentation and onboarding coordination where required

Sourcing & Screening Support

  • Support basic resume screening and candidate shortlisting
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and internal channels
  • Engage candidates for initial outreach and interview coordination

Data & Reporting

  • Support the preparation of recruitment reports (e.g., hiring progress, interview status)
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness within recruitment systems

Team & Engagement Support

  • Support employer branding activities, career events, or engagement initiatives when required
  • Assist in coordinating TA or HR-related projects and events

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, coordination, or administrative roles will be an advantage
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors, is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow
