Job Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers during project life cycle.

• Prepare test cases and perform quality assurance testing to validate system functionality and ensure deliverables meet customer requirements

• Provide applications support and conduct user trainings

• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and efficiency in technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, computer science or a related discipline

• 3 years of hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle

• Experience in AI, M365, SharePoint, Leasing Management System, Low-code platform development, database management and data migration process

• Hands‑on experience creating mock‑ups, wireframes, and prototypes

• Independent, proactive professional with proven ability to lead requirements gathering and solution design
