SA Project Limited Hiring! Full Time Engineer (Interior Fit-out) in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

The Engineer is responsible for overseeing interior fitting-out project on the MEP scope . The role involves ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely project completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the FS, P&D, IT, AV, MVAC and SEC works and coordinate with subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements for MEP.

• Participate in the tender process and assist in developing and submitting tender proposals.

• Prepare and manage project schedules and timelines.

• Monitor progress and quality of construction work.

• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Conduct site inspections and identify and address issues and concerns.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

• Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher education in Building Services Engineering or related fields.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
