Job description:

We are seeking a driven and well-organised Administrative Intern to assist with day-to-day operations across various departments. This role offers meaningful, hands-on exposure to administrative functions spanning areas such as HR, Marketing, and general business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine administrative and clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and facilitating internal communications
  • Organise and maintain company records, databases, and official documentation
  • Handle basic correspondence such as emails and internal follow-up communications
  • Extend administrative support to various departments (e.g., HR, Marketing, Operations) in accordance with business requirements
  • Help coordinate ongoing project tasks and team-related activities
  • Undertake additional ad hoc administrative responsibilities as directed


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Competent in both written and verbal communication (English required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous, dependable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Willing to learn, flexible in adapting to different team needs, and ready to support across departments
