Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for coordinating daily office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing meetings and appointments. The Office Administrator will handle office equipment and supplies, support basic accounting or invoicing tasks, engage with government bodies on statutory, legal and other administrative matters, and assist with document preparation and filing. The role includes assisting the Group HR Manager with Staff welfare, recruitment, discipline, training and general attendance matters. It also requires provision of front-desk support, greeting visitors, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-organized office environment.


Qualifications


  • Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in handling and maintaining office equipment and related tools.
  • Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.
  • Customer service skills, with a focus on providing courteous, timely support to visitors and team members.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools).
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in an office administration or similar role of between 3 and 5 years is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
