Responsibilities

About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Officer / Senior Warehouse Officer to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, stock control, and material handling, preferably within the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and recording materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control, material tracking, and replenishment.
  • Coordinate the delivery and distribution of materials to project sites based on operational requirements.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, housekeeping, and organization of warehouse materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, inventory records, and material movement reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams, procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors on material planning and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, warehouse safety standards, and inventory control policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations, inventory management processes, and workflow efficiency.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or construction material handling.
  • Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management principles.
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and site operations is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an added advantage.
