About the Role:

As our Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of our Automation & AI initiative, focusing on building and deploying advanced automation and AI fit-for-purpose solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Mentor the GenAI & Automation Team: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of engineers and automation specialists focused on delivering high-impact intelligent automation solutions.

• Drive Innovation with Intelligent Automation: Lead the exploration and implementation of advanced techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), using tools like LangChain for LLM workflows, while designing pragmatic automation solutions that combine Python scripting, RPA, and LLM orchestration.

• Design and Deploy Fit-for-Purpose Automation Solutions: Design and deploy robust, scalable automation solutions that leverage the right combination of technologies — Python/ UiPath/ LLM-powered agents — ensuring optimal outcomes for each use case.

• Collaborate & Ensure Quality: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including testing engineers, to develop and execute comprehensive test cases, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and robustness of both AI models and automated processes.

Essential Skills & Technologies:

• 3-5 year of working experience in IT industry, and automation focus is advantage

• Proven design and hands-on experience in implementing automation solution, not only enterprise solutions

• Understanding of LLMs and Generative AI principles, with practical application in automation scenarios.

• Excellent programming skills in Python, including experience building automation scripts, APIs, and integration layers. Understanding on LangChain is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath is a strong advantage), combined with the ability to integrate RPA with Python and LLM-based solutions

• Leadership experience on small team management and initiative management is advantage.
