Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with clients to gather and document user requirements (UR) for tailored software solutions.
• Implement process automation workflows with Sprintboot, streamlining repetitive client operations effectively.
• Provide technical support to applications, investigate and resolve customer issues, and ensure timely solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting, testing, and deploying application updates.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and client-facing reports to ensure transparency of progress and results.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Possess 3 years of experience in application development with Java/J2EE and Sprintboot
• Reliable and Detail-Oriented: Consistent performer with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
• Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English.
