Job Responsibilities:

We are developing the next-generation autonomous flight system for aerial robots. As a UAV System Engineer, you will take charge of the overall platform system design and full-lifecycle delivery, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including embedded, control, electronic and mechanical engineering, and guarantee system-level performance, reliability and mass production feasibility.

• Take charge of the full-cycle delivery including development, commissioning, launch and mass production of core UAV components, and take full accountability for final deliverables.

• Lead the overall UAV system scheme design and technical architecture planning, and deliver system design documents, interface specifications and review reports.

• Organize and coordinate R&D work across multiple disciplines including embedded, control, electronics and mechanical engineering, and drive efficient cross-module integration and interface alignment.

• Participate in complete aircraft function definition, key component selection and hardware & software interface design, and control system-level performance, reliability and cost indicators.

• Follow up on system joint debugging and testing, and drive full closure of all issues; analyze core metrics such as dynamic response, positioning accuracy and stability, and formulate corresponding optimization strategies.

• Collaborate with project managers to advance R&D schedules and implement risk control, and provide technical support to resolve issues throughout prototype trial production, mass production and after-sales stages.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in STEM-related disciplines

• Over 3 years of experience in system development or mass production engineering for robotics, UAVs or intelligent hardware products

• Sound knowledge of robotic or UAV system components (flight control, drivers, sensors, communication, etc.), with proven capabilities in system integration and cross-module coordination

• Proficient in embedded development (Linux / C / C++); familiar with mainstream bus protocols including CAN, I2C, SPI, UART and sensor interfaces

• Strong logical thinking, problem analysis and cross-team communication skills; capable of driving resolution of complex issues under resource constraints

• Hold Hong Kong permanent residency or a valid Hong Kong work visa; we can sponsor a work visa for eligible candidates

Preferred

• Proven experience leading the full lifecycle development of complete robotics or UAV products from prototype to mass delivery

• Familiar with ROS/ROS2 or self-developed middleware, with hands-on experience in multi-sensor fusion or real-time system development

• Capable of software architecture design, CI/CD pipeline implementation or hardware debugging

Employment Terms:

$25,000 - $65,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week
