Responsibilities:

Analyze/Strategize

• Analyze project deliver strategy and output procurement strategy to meet project team’s requirement;

• Analyze project delivery commercial environment and find the most suitable delivery plan & action;Price analyzing and benchmarking;

Monitor

• Negotiate price and payment terms with supplier, follow up the lead time of purchasing orders;

• Monitor the acceptance/ payment status of purchasing order if needed;

• Monitor product/ service quality for assigned category/ supplier;
  Contract management, monitor the contract expiration date and ensure compliance;

• Conduct supplier evaluation and monitor supplier performance;

Supplier Management

• Communicate with supplier and project team to fulfill the request independently;

• Maintain strong and sustainable supplier relationship;

• Maximized supplier value across categories and across internal customers through pooling volumes;Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested;

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in procurement and/ or supply chain management or other related disciplines;

• Basic understanding on general software knowledge and equipped with excellent IT and MS software skills;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to establish and maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationship within a multicultural work environment;

• Basic management knowledge and capability of managing people and team;

• Can work under pressure and with positive mindset;

• Ability to work in a team and build up good relations with all projects stakeholders;

• With integrated decision-making skills, ability to prioritize and focus.
