Job Description
As an Admin Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintaining organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Assisting with expense tracking and budget monitoring.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
The Successful Applicant A successful Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant should have:
- Higher education in business administration or relevant
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities- around 7 years experience max only
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
