Administer and support on‑premises Microsoft Exchange environments (Exchange 2016/2019 or later), including DAGs, transport, mailbox databases, and client access.
Perform Exchange version upgrades, cumulative updates, and security patching in accordance with platform lifecycle and EOS mitigation plans.
Manage Exchange hybrid configurations, mail flow, connectors, certificates, and DNS integration.
Troubleshot complex mail-related incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions
Exchange Online & Microsoft 365
Administer Exchange Online within Microsoft 365, including mail policies, retention, transport rules, shared mailboxes, and archiving.
Plan and execute Exchange Online migration projects, including user mailbox migration, hybrid coexistence, and post‑migration optimization.
Support decommissioning of legacy Exchange servers after migration completion.
Work with project teams to prepare management papers, technical plans, and risk assessments related to upgrades and migrations.
Support and manage Microsoft 365 services such as Azure AD / Entra ID, Identity and access management, License assignment and service provisioning and implement security features such as MFA, conditional access, and messaging protection controls.
Core Infrastructure Operations
Provide BAU infrastructure support for messaging services, including incidents, problems, and change management.
Coordinate with server, network, security, and application teams for cross‑platform integration.
Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Enterprise Capacity Plan & Management: Provide well plan and effective capacity management to meet the Bank requirements.
Project Delivery & Operational Excellence
Lead complex infrastructure projects, including platform upgrades, system and storage migrations, and cloud adoption initiatives.
Implement and enforce rigorous changes, incident, and problem management processes for all platform services.
Ensure all infrastructure platforms comply with bank security policies, regulatory standards, and disaster recovery requirements.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to platform technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure area.
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Exchange (on‑prem & Online).
Experience with Exchange Online migration and hybrid Exchange environments.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and certificates.
Experience in infrastructure support within enterprise environments.
Security & Compliance: A strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices and experience operating in a regulated environment.
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop strategic roadmaps, manage budgets, and articulate technology plans to senior management.
Problem-Solving: Superior analytical and root-cause analysis skills for complex technical issues.
Microsoft certifications (e.g. M365 / Exchange / Azure) are preferred but not mandatory
