Responsibilities: 

• To monitor property maintenance, E & M services and builder's work

• To prepare the tender document of R & M both E & M services and builder's work

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering or equivalent

• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade:A/B)

• Minimum 3 years experience in property maintenance 

• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese

• Knowledge of PC applications including MS Excel and Word

• Responsible, independent, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure, with good communication skill

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
