We are expanding our team and are seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer to lead and support our core systems and infrastructure. You will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing advanced platforms that power our R&D efforts in financial technology, AI, and real-time trading.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, maintain, and enhance internal systems and tools using C++, Python, VBA, and other modern languages.
Adopt and implement current AI coding practices (including machine learning frameworks, model optimization, LLM integration, etc.).
Maintain and manage infrastructure (hardware and software), including servers, development environments, FPGAs, and real-time trading platforms.
Perform daily operations and monitoring to ensure high stability, performance, scalability, and reliability of our R&D platforms.
Participate in pilot programs to test, deploy, and productionize prototype technologies.
Conduct data analysis, performance reporting, and troubleshooting using Excel macros, Python scripts, and related tools.
Continuously improve system efficiency and support cross-functional project teams.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electronic Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines.
5-10 years or above of relevant working experience in software development and infrastructure support.
Strong proficiency in Python and Linux shell scripting.
Solid experience with Excel spreadsheet macros and VBA.
Strong programming experience in C++.
Hands-on experience in Machine Learning / AI systems, FPGAs, or real-time financial trading systems is highly preferred.
Extremely detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
Equity or derivatives market knowledge is a strong plus.
