The Job

• Support the implementation of innovative technology solutions across projects and operations.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate new digital tools and innovative practices into workflows.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, evaluating outcomes and recommending improvements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and technical references.
• Organize and support training sessions to enhance staff adoption of new technologies.

The Person

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in technology, innovation or digital projects.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain or data analytics.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive team player with an interest in innovation and digital transformation.
