Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of quantity surveying duties from pre-contract to post-contract stages

• Prepare tendering documents, contract administration and cost estimation

• Perform measurement and prepare Interim Payment (I.P.) applications

• Prepare variation orders and final account settlement

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project teams on contractual and technical matters

• Monitor project costs and ensure works are within budget

• Assist in resolving contractual issues and claims

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Construction Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience

• Must have solid knowledge and experience in plumbing and drainage works

• Well-organized, self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and AutoCAD

• Experience in main contractor or subcontractor environment is an advantage
