Responsibilities

Are you a dynamic and experienced Engineer in Maintenance & Improvement seeking an opportunity to make a significant impact on asset optimization and factory efficiency?

As a Engineer, Maintenance & Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in continuously improving our factories. Possess deep insights into processes and product characteristics, constantly striving to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency while protecting our technological know-how and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance activities to ensure timely completion with high quality standards.

  • Implement and continuously improve maintenance methodologies (e.g. PM Pillar, Foundations) and lead breakdown analysis.

  • Drive effective utilization and governance of the Asset Maintenance Management (AMM) system.

  • Support development and delivery of technical training programs; enhance AMM capabilities across the team.

  • Partner with Production to apply AMM practices, improve equipment reliability, eliminate quality defects, reduce safety risks, and resolve recurring technical issues.

  • Support maintenance budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis; recommend corrective actions as needed.

  • Build and strengthen maintenance competencies within Engineering through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering management, including handling maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, preferably in FMCG related manufacturing environment.
    Preferably experience working in multifunctional teams, such as capital projects and DMAIC.

  • Hold an Engineering Degree or Technical College degree (e.g., mechanical, electrical) with substantial practical experience in engineering.

  • Required experience in Electricity, Process Control, and Instrumentation.

  • Familiarity with food processing plants and technologies, including food safety, hygienic engineering, and any Nestlé proprietary technology.

  • Proficient in specific Asset Maintenance Management (AMM) tools related to their area of expertise.

  • Good knowledge of asset maintenance principles and practices.

  • Proficient in using the AMM system, specifically the SAP PM module.

  • Preferred knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology.
