We're Hiring – Assistant Store Manager (Based at MyTOWN)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, daily operations, and store performance.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure smooth store operations, inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor sales performance, control expenses, and manage staff schedules.
• Coach, develop, and conduct performance reviews for the store team.
• Assist with recruitment and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma or higher is an advantage).
• At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a retail team.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
