Identifies and establishes relationships with new customers and/or manages and builds relationships with existing customers. Provides internal and external technical and/or customer support in the development and application of products, processing techniques and resolution of problems.

Sales SIC - ICS Hybrid

Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services either through direct sales or through a base of reseller partners such as dealers, systems integrators, value-added resellers, distributors or retailers. Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals. May identify and establish relationships with new customers. May locate, evaluate and recruit potential channel partners. Supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, such as marketing, advertising, sales promotions and training, to achieve revenue targets. Participates in an approved Sales Incentive Compensation Plan.

Experienced professional or supervisor with in-depth knowledge in a technical or specialized area, responsible for completing complex tasks requiring interpretation of policies and practices, under minimal supervision. May supervise employees, focused on task performance, and recommend improvements to the delivery of specialized processes

• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and advanced knowledge of related job disciplines.

• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and differentiators in the market.
