The Role
You'll own the full recruitment cycle across a varied portfolio of positions. In practice, that means:

• Overseeing end-to-end hiring from initial brief through to onboarding across multiple roles at once
• Taking a proactive approach to sourcing talent across key platforms, keeping pipelines strong and ready
• Developing tailored interview and assessment frameworks designed to surface the right candidates for each role
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and keeping them engaged throughout
• Tracking and reporting on key metrics - time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and pipeline health - to drive continuous improvement
• Getting involved in broader talent projects including talent mapping, data analysis, and employer branding

What We're Looking For
A strong fit for this role will have:

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to the tech sector a distinct advantage
• Proven full-cycle recruiting ability across a range of seniority levels and disciplines
• Confidence working independently in a high-output, fast-moving environment
• A data-led mindset and the ability to translate recruitment metrics into meaningful improvements
• Exceptional attention to detail across all documentation and candidate communications
• Comfortable working across GSuite, Jobstreet, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken
