Manage client relationships across our house-building projects — from progress updates to signed handover.

Responsibilities

• Send progress updates to clients every 3 days
• Respond promptly to all client messages
• Log defects and coordinate fixes with site supervisors
• Manage house handovers and ensure clients sign completion forms
• Keep a client tracker up to date

Requirements (Best if)

• Diploma in Building/Construction Technology
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Organised, reliable, good with follow-ups, and can work with pressure.
• Own transport + license (site visits)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
