Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant machinery and electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while minimizing equipment downtime and supporting continuous production.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and independently perform wiring work.
• Ensure safety, health and environment standards are being comply.
• Ensure good housekeeping and involvement in 6S activities.
• Immediately response to Work Requisition Note (WRN) from immediate superior or production team and complete the closure of the WRN.
• Machining work inclusive milling and shaping works if competent.
• Participate and contribute to machine repair and preventive maintenance activity.
• Involvement in machine modification, fabrication, installation and others.
• Assisting of other factory facilities repairing and servicing work such as forklift, sweeper, stacker, pump house, compressor and etc.
• Implement daily machineries and facilities preventive maintenance checklist and report to immediate superior or engineer if abnormality found.
• Completed the undersign audit findings report with a proper closure.
• Updating superior or engineer of spare parts low stock availability.
• Communicate and work together with superior or engineer if machineries problem unable to solve.
• Request and record for machine spare part and general material at Services store.
• Participate & involvement in ICC activities.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by SERM /GM/CEO.
• Being responsible to comply with factory regulation and discipline.
• Ensure to maintained the standard of ISO 19001(quality), ISO 45001 (occupational safety and health), ISO 14001 (environment) requirements and its objective are complied.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
