• Greet and register patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain and update patient records and data entry
• Handle billing, payment collection, and insurance claim forms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Prepare consultation rooms and assist medical personnel with minor procedures
• Measure and record patient vitals (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, height, weight)
• Able to handle FOMEMA patients
• Ensure medical supplies are stocked and equipment is sanitized
• Support inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Comply with infection control and safety procedures
