Job Description
Responsibilities
Source food, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies for multiple outlets.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and replenishment needs.
Support tender exercises, contract management, and cost-saving initiatives.
Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, and Finance teams on menu launches, promotions, and new outlet openings.
Track supplier performance and maintain accurate procurement records.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in the F&B industry.
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
Organised, process-driven, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CHECKsystem.
Existing F&B supplier network is an advantage.
