Job Description

• Handle walk-in customers, provide product consultation, and support retail sales of automotive tinting services.
• Promote products, packages, and ongoing promotions to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage cashiering functions including payment collection, invoicing, and daily sales closing.
• Assist in scheduling customer appointments and coordinating service installation flow.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and daily transaction data.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory control, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
• Support general office administration tasks including filing, documentation, and basic reporting.
• Ensure the retail area is clean, organized, and delivers a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, sales support, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
