POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly responsible, committed, and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.
This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, case coordination, administration, reporting, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will work closely with the Directors and play an important role in ensuring smooth customer service operations and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Case Coordination
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, documentation, vehicle collection, and case progress.
- Provide accurate and professional information regarding company services and processes.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth case progression.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records and case updates.
- Verify customer information and supporting documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain proper filing systems.
- Assist Management with administrative and documentation tasks.
Operational Support
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with technicians and operational teams when required.
- Attend roadshows, exhibitions, government programmes, and company booth events when required.
- Travel when required to support company activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder with 2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Administration, Client Servicing, Operations Coordination, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and online systems.
- Good reporting and administrative skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to travel when required & able to work overtime.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
