Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents, emails, reports, manuals, and other materials between Mandarin and English (or Bahasa Malaysia) accurately.
• Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and daily business communications.
• Assist communication between Mandarin-speaking employees, clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure translations are culturally appropriate and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proofread translated content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
• Support administrative tasks related to translation and communication when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin,English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
