1. Event Planning & Operations Management
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of group travel, corporate incentive trips, and event logistics (including flights, transportation, accommodation, venue booking, and dining).
- Build comprehensive event itineraries, project timelines, and operational checklists to ensure smooth on-site workflow.
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with ground suppliers, airlines, hoteliers, and local tour guides to secure competitive pricing and maintain high service standards.
- Handle group flight reservations, ticketing verification, and visa coordination where applicable.
2. Client Servicing & Sales Support
- Partner with the Business Development/Sales team to conceptualize unique event themes, curate presentation proposals, and prepare accurate costing summaries for corporate clients.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, modifications, and emergency solutions before, during, and after an event.
- Accompany travel/event groups on-site (both locally within Malaysia and overseas) to manage ground coordination and resolve issues directly.
3. Financial Management & Administration
- Oversee the billing process, including issuing purchase order, following up on outstanding payments from clients, and reviewing supplier invoices for accuracy.
- Ensure all projects adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and internal margin targets.
- Manage post-event processes, including collecting customer feedback reports and finalizing vendor financial settlements.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
