Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and customer-oriented Vietnamese Speaking Host to engage with our Vietnamese-speaking audience through live streaming, online interactions, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, possesses excellent communication skills, and can create an enjoyable and interactive experience for viewers while representing the company's brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host live streaming sessions in Vietnamese across designated online platforms.
• Engage and interact with viewers in a friendly, professional, and entertaining manner.
• Build and maintain a positive online community with Vietnamese-speaking users.
• Introduce and promote company campaigns, products, and services during live sessions.
• Respond to audience questions and comments promptly and professionally.
• Plan and prepare content for live sessions together with the marketing or operations team.
• Monitor audience engagement and provide feedback to improve future live streams.
• Ensure all content complies with company policies and platform guidelines.
• Stay updated on current trends and audience preferences within the Vietnamese market.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese.
• Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in live streaming, hosting, customer service, sales, or social media content creation is preferred.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and able to engage audiences effectively.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and live streaming tools.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hosting live commerce or entertainment content.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese online culture and social media trends.
• Experience using TikTok Live, Facebook Live, YouTube Live, or similar platforms.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
