Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

This role goes beyond creating great designs. You will work closely with our production team to prepare print-ready artwork, manage printing software, and ensure a smooth production workflow. Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit artwork based on customer requirements.
• Design graphics for sportswear, jerseys, apparel, marketing materials, and promotional content.
• Prepare print-ready artwork for production.
• Organize and manage design files systematically.
• Operate and manage printing-related software to ensure accurate production output.
• Assist in managing and preparing print jobs for production.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure artwork meets quality standards before printing.
• Perform quality checks on artwork before final approval.
• Support the creative team with additional design-related tasks when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
• Proficient in:
• Adobe Illustrator (Advanced)
• Adobe Photoshop (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new workflows and software.
• Proactive, aggressive in learning, and willing to take initiative.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a responsible work attitude.
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Experience in the printing, apparel, or sportswear industry is an added advantage.

Bonus Skills

• Experience designing jerseys or sportswear.
• Basic knowledge of printing processes and production workflows.
• Familiarity with RIP software or printing management software.
• Photography, videography, or social media content creation skills are a plus.
