Job Title: Senior Telemarketer (High Commission + Growth Opportunities)

Location: Bandar Enstek, Nilai

Salary Range : RM2,800 - RM4,300

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Junior Telemarketer to join our team in Bandar Enstek. Unlike an entry-level role, we are seeking a "closer" someone with a proven track record in phone sales who can handle complex conversations, overcome objections with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead outbound calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and close sales.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in refining sales scripts and strategies to improve team conversion rates.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM/Excel system.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or a similar Phone Sales role.
• Skills: Expert-level communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Attributes: Strong leadership potential, highly resilient, and a results-driven mindset.
• Logistics: Must possess your own transport and be willing to work in Dengkil.
