Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Finance to support, enhance, and maintain Oracle Financial applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules, application support, troubleshooting, customizations, and technical development while working closely with Finance business users to deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite application support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Design, develop, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and support Oracle Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Workflows, and custom applications.
• Debug SQL packages, PL/SQL procedures, functions, and database objects.
• Manage Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for project delivery and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Participate in application upgrades, enhancements, and system improvements.

Required Experience

• 5–7+ years of Oracle EBS Finance experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, OA Framework, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex application issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance business stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Finance or Accounting education/certification is an added advantage.

Nice-to-Have

• Oracle APEX development experience.
• RPA implementation experience.

• Experience managing hybrid onsite/offshore teams.

Pay: RM60.00 - RM80.00 per hour
