Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an ICT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Windows operating systems, and common digital applications.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Willing to travel for training assignments when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update ICT training materials and course content.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions effectively.
• Conduct training on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Internet applications, digital productivity tools, AI tools, and basic cybersecurity.
• Provide hands-on guidance and technical support during training sessions.
• Assess particants' learning progress through practical exercises, quizzes, and evaluations.
• Prepare training reports, attendance records, and post-training documentation.
• Customize training programs based on clients' or organizational requirements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate new digital tools into training modules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful planning and execution of training programs.
• Maintain a professional, engaging, and learner-centered training environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
